• Standard stock items may be eligible for return if unused and in their original condition.
• Returns should be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for arranging return transport unless otherwise agreed.

• Custom-built container conversions.
• Modified containers manufactured to customer specifications.
• Products showing signs of misuse or accidental damage.
• Items sold as clearance or final sale unless required by UK Consumer Law.

1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
2. Our team will assess your request and may request photographs or additional information.
3. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Once the returned product has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
5. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits or excludes your rights under the UK Consumer Law (ACL). Where a product has a major failure or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
