We are the operator of Container Concepts Australia, referred to as “we” and “us.” By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These terms protect and set expectations for both parties regarding our services.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase, and this will be the final shipping cost.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
We accept returns due to change of mind if the request is made within 14 days of receipt of the purchase.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit. You’ll be notified via email.
We will refund the value of the c returned but not the shipping paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Valid warranty claims can be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful warranty claim.
Upon receiving returned container for a warranty claim, we’ll process it within 7 days. You’ll have the choice of a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if available).
